Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a resident-centered Physical Therapist to join our on-site team at the Novi, Michigan campus. This PRN role offers 1–2 days per week on weekdays, with no travel required as all residents live on campus.

You will implement personal care plans, focus on residents' strengths and routines, and collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to support holistic care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state Physical Therapy license.
• Ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide physical therapy services to residents on Fox Run’s campus.
• Develop and implement residents’ personal care and therapy plans.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents’ needs.
