Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living on the Novi campus is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our resident-centered team. All residents live on site, with no travel required, and you’ll support their continuity of care within a campus-wide network.

The role emphasizes a holistic approach, working with an interdisciplinary team to implement care plans that honor residents' preferences and routines.

Qualificações

• Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license.
• Ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide holistic PT care and support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on preferences and routines.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents' care needs and ensure quality outcomes.
