Job summary

Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living in Novi, Michigan, seeks a PRN Physical Therapist to support residents on campus. No travel, 1–2 days per week on weekdays, with a focus on holistic care and individualized plans for older adults.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team, document per reimbursement and regulatory requirements, and help residents maintain mobility, balance, and independence within our Continuing Care Retirement Community.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license.
• Ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered physical therapy services to residents on Fox Run's campus.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans respecting their preferences and routines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to address residents' needs and ensure continuity of care.
