Job summary

Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living in Novi, Michigan, is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our campus-based care team. The position offers 1-2 days per week on the weekday with no travel, serving residents who live on-site.

You will deliver thoughtful, resident-centered therapy, implement personal care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support physical, emotional, and clinical well-being within our continuing care campus.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license.
• The ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents on Fox Run campus with no travel.
• Implement residents' personal care plans focusing on strengths, preferences, and routines.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents' physical, emotional, and clinical needs.
