Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living on its Novi campus is seeking a resident-centered Physical Therapist for a PRN schedule, with 1–2 days per week during weekdays. All residents live on-site, so there is no travel involved.

The role focuses on holistic care, aligning terapies with residents’ needs, preferences, and routines, while supporting spiritual, emotional, and clinical well-being.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license.
• Ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide PT services to residents on Fox Run's campus with no travel.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on their strengths and routines.
• Document therapy sessions to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
