Job summary

Texas Oncology is seeking a PRN Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to support Arlington North, Arlington South, and Mansfield clinics. The role is 0-19 hours per week with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule, no weekends or major holidays.

Level 2 or Sr depends on experience; PRN status allows flexible scheduling while providing oncology care. The RN will administer infusion therapies, monitor patient status, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a leading community oncology

Qualifications

• RN license and BSN preferred.
• 3-5 years nursing experience, preferably in oncology.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Oncology certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, coordinate, evaluate and promote continuity of care per standards.
• Assess patient/family needs and provide teaching materials.
• Prepare and administer therapies under physician supervision.
• Administer medications/blood products with correct dosing and route.
• Ensure pre-authorization and consent forms where applicable.
• Adjust dosages based on labs and physician guidance.
