Job summary

US Oncology Inc. is seeking a PRN Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to support multiple Arlington-area clinics. The role offers 0–19 hours per week, with no weekend shifts or major holidays, and requires working with adult oncology patients in a community clinic setting.

The ideal candidate will have an active RN license, BLS certification, and oncology experience. Level 2 or Sr experience may be considered based on background.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• RN license in practicing state with current registration; BLS required.
• 3–5 years nursing experience, preferably oncology; oncology certification preferred.
• Five years nursing experience for Sr level, adds value for Sr role.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, coordinate, evaluate and promote continuity of care per standards.
• Prepares and administers therapies under physician supervision, including blood products.
• Performs venipuncture and maintains central lines or catheter devices.
• Maintains accurate documentation of patient care and treatments.
• Applies knowledge of reimbursement procedures and charge capture.
