Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current state RN license and valid driver's license.
• Two years’ RN experience in clinical care; hospice/home health preferred.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Comfort with computer use; Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to support patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing care to patients in their place of residence.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team and referring agency.
• Collaborate with patient/family to develop and implement care plans.
• Respond to on-call needs, providing compassionate hospice nursing services.
