Life Care Centers of America seeks a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to provide direct rehab services under supervision for patients referred by physicians in SNF settings.

You will work within an interdisciplinary team to help patients progress functionally, while maintaining safety, documentation, and compliance with Life Care standards. New grads welcome with proper licensure and CPR on hire.

Qualifikationen

• NBCOT certification upon hire; renewal optional later.
• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program (ASOT).
• Current active licensure in the applicable state.
• CPR certification required at hire or during orientation.
• One year of experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Aufgaben

• Participates in community health matters and projects as appropriate.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email for documentation.
• Liaises with patients, families, and departments to plan care.
• Follow programs, goals, and procedures of the department.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional relationships.
• Demonstrate good body mechanics and safety during tasks.
