Job summary

Cottonwoodnursing is looking for a compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our in-house team on a per diem basis. The OTA will provide person-centered care, helping residents achieve positive outcomes and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active and valid Texas Occupational Therapy Assistant license.
• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential required.
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer occupational therapy treatments to residents.
• Provide skilled services and interventions under supervision.
• Document patient response to treatment interventions.
