Job summary

Centre for Neuro Skills is seeking a Staff Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat individuals with traumatic brain injuries. You will lead assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• NBCOT certification is mandatory.
• Current OT license in the state of employment or license eligibility.
• Knowledge and experience with sensory integration and neurodevelopment of the visual system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations to identify major problems and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate records and reports; communicate with patients, families, insurers and other clinicians.
• Supervise clinic aides and students; ensure daily treatment plans are completed.
• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including sensory integration and neurodevelopmental techniques.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic patient care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and mentorship opportunities.
