Stern Therapy Consultants is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join the team at Autumn Lake at Union in Union, NJ. The OT will assess residents, develop plans, and implement treatments to improve daily living activities in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualified candidates hold an active NJ OT license. PRN schedule offers flexible coverage with opportunities to collaborate across rehabilitation disciplines.

Responsabilidades

• Assess self-care performance, transfers, upper-extremity abilities, cognition, and activity tolerance.
• Develop individualized plans of care based on evaluation findings and discharge needs.
• Use purposeful activities to improve daily living skills and address limitations.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and educate residents and caregivers on safe techniques.
• Monitor functional gains, revise treatment goals, and supervise COTA services.
• Maintain thorough clinical records and communicate recommendations to the care team.
