Qualifications

• Master’s degree at minimum; 5+ years of clinical experience.
• Ability to work with an interdisciplinary team.
• Custom seating specialist; home assessments and discharge planning for the DD population.
• Modality experience would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs to improve mobility and independence.
• Confer with clients, physicians and others to plan and assess treatment.
• Develop and participate in health promotion programs and group activities.
