Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level OT degree from an ACOTE-accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license in the state of Georgia.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize patient recovery through exercise and prosthetic/orthotic devices.
• Communicate patient progress to supervisor and team; educate family or staff on follow‑through programs.
• Document patient care in compliance with regulatory and accrediting requirements.
• Maintain equipment and a safe, clean work area.
• Adhere to the company code of conduct and applicable laws.
