Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking an outpatient Occupational Therapist to help patients regain independence through self-care management and daily living activities.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure evidence-based practice and optimal patient outcomes while educating patients and caregivers for ongoing management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AOTA approved occupational therapy program.
• State licensure in occupational therapy.
• Registered with NBCOT.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient's specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.
