Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking an outpatient Occupational Therapist in West Palm Beach, FL. You will help patients regain independence through self-care and daily living activities, educating patients, families, and caregivers as part of an interdisciplinary team.

You’ll establish treatment plans, deliver evidence-based care, and build relationships within the community while benefiting from mentorship, in-house continuing education, and a strong earning program with bonus

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AOTA-approved occupational therapy program.
• State licensure in occupational therapy.
• Registered with NBCOT.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.

• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members.

Job Overview & Responsibilities

As an outpatient Occupational Therapist, you'll work with patients to bring them a sense of normalcy and independence through self-care management and activities of daily living. You are comfortable communicating and educating patients, family members, and caregivers on how to best assist with daily routines. This role gives you the opportunity for interdisciplinary team collaboration to ensure the best and most evidenced based practice for our patients.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $75,000 - $107,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
