Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking an outpatient Occupational Therapist to help patients regain independence through self-care management and daily living activities. You will educate patients, families, and caregivers and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based care, establishing treatment plans, building rapport with patients and colleagues, and contributing to community relationships.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AOTA-approved occupational therapy program.
• State licensure in occupational therapy.
• Registered with NBCOT.
• Basic Life Support from American Heart Association.

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to empower patients to exceed functional outcomes.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, clinicians, and team members.

Job Overview & Responsibilities

As an outpatient Occupational Therapist, you'll work with patients to bring them a sense of normalcy and independence through self-care management and activities of daily living. You are comfortable communicating and educating patients, family members, and caregivers on how to best assist with daily routines. This role gives you the opportunity for interdisciplinary team collaboration to ensure the best and most evidenced based practice for our patients.
