Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking an outpatient Occupational Therapist to help patients regain independence through self-care and activities of daily living. You will educate patients, families, and caregivers, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care in Riverview, FL.

The role includes an Elevation Earnings program with bonuses, license renewal reimbursement, in-house CE courses, mentorship, and PTO/EIB accrual, serving a diverse patient population

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AOTA-approved occupational therapy program.
• State licensure in occupational therapy.
• Registered with NBCOT.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.

Job Overview & Responsibilities

As an outpatient Occupational Therapist, you'll work with patients to bring them a sense of normalcy and independence through self-care management and activities of daily living. You are comfortable communicating and educating patients, family members, and caregivers on how to best assist with daily routines. This role gives you the opportunity for interdisciplinary team collaboration to ensure the best and most evidenced based practice for our patients.

This role has the opportunity to treat both a caseload of both adults and peds.

• Base Salary: $78,000-$90,000/year (based on experience and market factors)


• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
