Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking an outpatient Occupational Therapist to support patients in regaining independence through self-care management and daily living activities. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure evidence-based practice and optimal patient outcomes.

The role includes a base salary range of $85,000–$100,000 per year, with monthly incentive bonuses and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 in select locations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AOTA-approved occupational therapy program.
• State licensure in occupational therapy.
• NBCOT certification.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members.

Job Overview & Responsibilities

As an outpatient Occupational Therapist, you'll work with patients to bring them a sense of normalcy and independence through self-care management and activities of daily living. You are comfortable communicating and educating patients, family members, and caregivers on how to best assist with daily routines. This role gives you the opportunity for interdisciplinary team collaboration to ensure the best and most evidenced based practice for our patients.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $85,000–$100,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to$10,000available in select locations!
