Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide home health services in Oakdale, MN. This PRN role requires travel to multiple branch locations, with a schedule typically Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00, and compensation reflecting full-time annual estimates.

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy with a state license.
• At least two years of independent work experience.

• Experience in home health, medical-surgical, or rehabilitation center.
• Must be a licensed driver and able to travel to all locations.
