AccentCare is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide home health services in Oakdale, MN. This PRN role requires travel to multiple branch locations, with a schedule typically Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00, and compensation reflecting full-time annual estimates.

You’ll assess and treat patients, coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, and uphold high standards of patient-centered care. Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in OT, state licensure, and at least two years of

Occupational Therapist Qualifications

• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurologic injury
• Experience with home health, medical-surgical, or rehabilitation center environment
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or the equivalent with a license or certificate within the state providing services
• At least two years of experience working independently under minimal supervision
• Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
