Job summary

HealthPRO Heritage is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to provide outpatient OT services in the homes of Independent Living residents in North Carolina. You will evaluate clients, develop treatment plans, and educate families to improve daily functioning and independence.

The role offers flexible PRN scheduling, competitive hourly pay starting at $56+ based on experience, and a supportive team focused on quality care and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as an OT, or license eligible.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Able to work in home-based outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities using observations and standardized tools.
• Create personalized treatment plans and educate clients and families on activities and equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation per legal and ethical standards.
• Advocate for clients' needs and connect with community resources.
