Job summary

HealthPro Heritage is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist at White Oak Manor in Tryon, NC. The role offers flexible scheduling and a true PRN arrangement in a skilled nursing setting, with pay starting at $56 per hour and negotiable rates based on experience and availability.

The OT will assess patients, develop and implement treatment plans, document progress, and advocate for patient needs while collaborating with a supportive team in a facility-based environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or license eligible.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to create and implement effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Patient assessment: evaluate physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
• Treatment and education: create personalized plans and educate patients and families.
• Documentation: maintain accurate records of evaluations and progress.
• Advocacy and support: assist patients in accessing community resources and accommodations.
