Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders; develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatments per regulatory and clinical standards.
• Assist with standing/walking, lifting, transferring, and patient positioning as needed.
• Administer procedures such as manual therapy, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and wound care.
• Provide counseling to patients and families about physical disorders.
• Prepare discharge summaries compliant with regulations.
