Job summary

Grande Pointe Healthcare Community is seeking an Occupational Therapist (PRN) to assess residents’ needs and develop treatment plans. The OT will implement plans, supervise COTAs, and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and educate families.

This PRN role offers flexibility, opportunities to work across multiple locations, and a chance to impact residents’ quality of life through hands-on therapy and collaboration with the rehab team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and Master's in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Hold a valid or pending State Occupational Therapy License.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents' occupational needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement treatment plans and educate therapy staff involved in the plan.
• Provide supervision for COTAs.
• Attend and lead interdisciplinary meetings to relay clinical findings and recommendations.
• Opportunity to treat at multiple locations to meet residents' needs.
