Job summary

Grande Pointe Healthcare Center in Richmond Heights, OH seeks an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a PRN/part-time role. You will perform patient evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and educate staff involved in care.

The position offers in-house team collaboration and potential treatment at multiple locations within the CommuniCare Rehab network. Candidates must have an OT degree from an accredited program and hold a valid or pending state OT license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid or pending state Occupational Therapy license.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient’s occupational needs evaluation under physician order and develop a treatment plan.
• Implement treatment plan through direct treatment and staff education.
• Provide supervision for COTAs and collaborate with rehab team.
• Attend interdisciplinary meetings and relay clinical findings to the team.
