Job summary

CommuniCare Rehab, part of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, seeks an Occupational Therapist (OT) PRN at Lake Pointe Healthcare Center. You will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, and work with the rehab team to provide high-quality care.

You will implement plans, supervise COTAs, and participate in interdisciplinary meetings to guide clinical decisions and family education, with opportunities to serve multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Hold a valid or pending State Occupational Therapy License.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' occupational needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy and educate other staff involved in the treatment plan.
• Provide supervision for COTAs.
• Lead interdisciplinary meetings to relay findings and recommendations.
