Job summary

American Senior Communities' Hickory Creek Winamac and Hickory Creek Rochester are seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to deliver skilled OT services across our campuses. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment and discharge plans, and supervise COTAs, contributing to patient care and therapy outcomes.

Qualifications

• Evaluate patients and provide quality patient care.
• Develop initial and ongoing treatment plans.
• Develop discharge plans.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA).
• Contribute to case management.
• Maintain positive interaction with patients and center staff.
• Adhere to applicable state regulations concerning occupational therapy.
