Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to provide skilled OT services across Hickory Creek Winamac and Hickory Creek Rochester. The role involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with a team of licensed therapists to deliver high-quality care.

The OT will supervise COTAs, contribute to case management, and ensure compliance with state regulations while building strong relationships with residents and staff in a flexible, PRN capacity.

The Occupational Therapist implements skilled occupational therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of occupational therapy and within the policies and procedures.
