Job summary

Hickory Creek Rochester, part of American Senior Communities, is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join Hickory Creek Winamac and Rochester. The OT delivers skilled therapy to residents across ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, following professional standards and facility policies.

You will evaluate patients, develop and adjust treatment plans, supervise COTA, contribute to case management, engage with staff and patients, and ensure compliance with state regulations.
