Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist for PRN daytime coverage in Scenic Pointe, Millersburg, Ohio. You will evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans, document progress, and coordinate care with a supportive leadership team dedicated to consistent, high-quality care.

Requirements include a Master’s or Doctorate in OT, current Ohio license, NBCOT certification, and about 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
