Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patient care on a PRN basis in Scenic Pointe, Millersburg, Ohio. You’ll work within the same clinical standards as our full-time team and choose your daytime shifts.

Requirements include an associate degree, active state COTA license, NBCOT certification, and prior experience preferred. On-site role with 401K match and support from a seasoned leadership team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT; Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
