Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a PRN daytime role in Ohio. The therapist will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and work with a leadership team that supports flexible scheduling.

Requirements include a Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, current state license, and NBCOT certification. One year of experience is preferred, with emphasis on patient education and home safety recommendations.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Responsabilités

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
