Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist in Ohio. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, document progress, and educate families on adaptive equipment and home safety as part of a flexible, day-time PRN schedule.

Locations include Mill Creek and Galion, OH. Must hold an OT license (NBCOT certified) with 1 year of experience preferred. Call or text Adriana Perales for details.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current, unencumbered state OT license; NBCOT certification is required.
• 1 year of OT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
