Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to support our Home & Community Program in Tacoma, Washington. This PRN W2 role offers flexible scheduling and pays hourly with mileage reimbursement.

The ideal candidate will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a team to ensure quality care and improved patient outcomes. A bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and at least one year of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Current CPR Certification.
• A minimum of one year’s work experience as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staffing meetings.
• Perform discharge evaluations and make appropriate recommendations.

Skills

Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological diagnoses

Effective communication skills

Ability to lift 50 pounds

Education

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
