Qualifications

• Licensed as an occupational therapist in WI or IL (or both)
• CPR/BLS within 90 days of hire
• NBCOT certification upon licensure

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan and implement treatment for diverse diagnoses.
• Utilize exercises, modalities and manual techniques.
• Maintain thorough electronic documentation and coding.
• Communicate with other disciplines and referring providers to improve outcomes.
• Mentor new partners and participate in PI/CQI processes
