Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy partners with Adventist Health St. Helena to provide occupational therapy services in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.

The hospital integrates PT Solutions’ care teams to deliver evidence-based OT, PT, and speech-language pathology across diagnoses. We seek Occupational Therapists to evaluate, treat, and reassess patients, establishing timely plans and collaborating with physicians, case management, and nurses.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE approved occupational therapy program.
• Registered with NBCOT.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to previous level of functioning or proceed to next level of care
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)

PT Solutions Physical Therapy partners with Adventist Health St. Helena to provide quality occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech-language pathology for patients with a vast range of medical diagnoses. Adventist Health St. Helena is a 127-bed inpatient, acute care hospital that holds Advanced Total Hip and Total Knee Replacement and Advanced Primary Stroke Center Certifications by The Joint Commission. As a clinician here, you will work with an interdisciplinary team and evaluate, treat, and reassess patients in all areas of the hospital. Adventist Health St. Helena is in Napa Valley, the Wine Country of California, located in the North Bay region of the San Francisco Bay Area.

Your Responsibilities As An Inpatient Rehabilitation/Acute Care Occupational Therapist

Compensation

Pay Range: $75.00 an hour (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
