Job summary

Infinity Rehab in Yakima, WA is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team at Terraces at Summitview.

You will provide direct patient care to adults with a variety of medical conditions, perform assessments, and develop treatment plans, while ensuring thorough documentation and communication under physicians’ orders. You will supervise COTAs to support optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in occupational therapy.
• State license required.
• Preferred: 1 year of OT experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adults with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions.
• Perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement programs.
• Complete related documentation and communicate under physicians’ orders.
• Supervise COTAs and guide team in patient care.
