Job summary

Infinity Rehab in Salem, OR is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team at Tierra Rose. The role focuses on direct patient care for adults with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions, delivering evidence-based OT under the supervision of an occupational therapist.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in occupational therapy, an active state license, and ideally one year of COTA experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in occupational therapy.
• State license to practice OT.
• One year of experience as a COTA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adults with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions.
• Deliver occupational therapy services to residents, including treatment, documentation, and communication under supervision.
