Job summary

Infinity Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist to work PRN at Christian Health Care Center in Lynden, WA. You will provide direct patient care to adults and supervise COTAs, practicing evidence-based OT with standardized assessments to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
• Current state OT license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary.
• Provide occupational therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians orders.
• Supervise COTAs, directing and supporting them in the care of the patients you serve.
