Job summary

Infinity Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant within our therapy team at Christian Healthcare Center located in Lynden, WA.

Work-life balance: flexible schedule M-F, Tu-Sa, or Su-Th, 4, 6, or 8 hours/day.

You will provide OT services to adults with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions, with documentation and communication under the direction of an occupational therapist.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in OT required or equivalent.
• State license active in Washington.
• New graduates welcome with mentorship program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adults with diverse medical conditions (orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary).
• Deliver occupational therapy services and related documentation under supervision of an OT.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the therapy team.
