Job summary

Autumn Ridge Rehabilitation Centre in Wabash, IN is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our team. You will provide skilled occupational therapy services across ASC Therapies & Wellness settings in accordance with OT principles and center policies.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, supervising COTA, contributing to case management, and maintaining positive interactions with patients and staff. We adhere to state regulations and CARE values.

Qualifications

• Evaluate patients and provide quality patient care.
• Develop initial and ongoing treatment plans.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA).

The Occupational Therapist implements skilled occupational therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of occupational therapy and within the policies and procedures.
