Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join Hickory Creek Rochester and Hickory Creek Winamac. You will assess residents, develop and adjust treatment plans, and collaborate with a team to deliver high-quality therapy across ASC facilities.

This role offers flexible shifts, opportunities to work with licensed therapists and Directors of Therapy, and meaningful interactions with senior residents. Indiana licensed OT required; prior geriatric experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Indiana.
• Experience with geriatric populations preferred.
• PRN/flexible scheduling experience is a plus.
• Ability to work across ASC facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide quality patient care.
• Develop initial and ongoing treatment plans.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA).
• Contribute to case management.
• Maintain positive interactions with patients and center staff.
• Adhere to applicable state regulations concerning occupational therapy.

The Occupational Therapist implements skilled occupational therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of occupational therapy and within the policies and procedures.
