Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in Indianapolis to support OT services across ASC Therapies & Wellness settings. You will provide direct therapy under the OT plan of care and help with progress notes, discharge planning, and care coordination.

You’ll collaborate with licensed therapists and center staff, maintaining compassionate, patient-centered care while complying with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant under OT supervision.
• Provide direct therapy to patients per the OT plan of care.
• Monitor progress and document it accurately.
• Adhere to applicable state regulations for OT practice.

PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant Opportunity with ASC Therapies in Indianapolis

The Occupational Therapy Assistant assists in providing skilled care under the supervision of the registered occupational therapist. Able to provide services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings.
