Harbor Health in Austin, TX seeks a dedicated PRN Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our clinical team. You will deliver comprehensive, member-centered care on an as-needed basis with the supervision of a physician, in a payvider model.

Expect flexible scheduling, approximately 5 shifts per month, while maintaining high clinical standards and collaborative care. The Advanced Practice Provider will work within scope of practice and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current state licensure as a NP or PA.
• Board certification by NCCPA or nursing certification board.
• Current DEA registration with prescriptive authority.
• Current BLS Certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide primary and episodic care on a PRN basis.
• Conduct physicals, health assessments, and medical histories.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans with supervising physicians.
• Order and interpret labs and imaging.
• Prescribe medications within scope and guidelines.
• Document encounters in the EHR; ensure compliance and quality.
