Harbor Health in North Austin, TX seeks a dedicated PRN Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our clinical team. This role offers flexible scheduling with approximately 5 shifts per month and requires delivering high-quality, member-centered care within our payvider model.

Ideal candidates have NP/PA program graduation, current state licensure, board certification, DEA, and BLS, with at least 2 years of primary or urgent care experience. Enjoy a collaborative team and flexible hours.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Board certification by NCCPA or nursing certification board.
• Current DEA registration with prescriptive authority.
• Current BLS Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive primary and episodic care services to members on a PRN basis.
• Conduct physical examinations, health assessments, and medical histories.
• Diagnose conditions and develop evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate laboratory tests, diagnostic procedures, and imaging studies.
• Prescribe medications and treatments within scope of practice and regulatory guidelines.
• Perform clinical procedures appropriate to scope and provider expertise.
• Counsel members and families regarding treatment plans, medication management, and health promotion.
