Job summary

Sabino Recovery, a premier behavioral health treatment center in Arizona, is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to join our nighttime/daytime PRN/FT team. You will provide direct nursing care, monitor vitals, administer medications, and collaborate with therapists to support clients in recovery.

This role requires current AZ RN or LPN license, 1 year of nursing experience in mental health, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN or LPN license in the state of Arizona.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in mental health or addiction treatment settings.
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to clients, including medication administration and vital signs.
• Assess physical and mental health and develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with therapists, counselors, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
• Offer emotional support and education to clients.
• Participate in shift handovers and communicate effectively with staff.
• Ensure infection control and a safe environment.
