Job summary
Copper Springs Avondale, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) in Behavioral Health for a 2x12 night shift. Join a team dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered care in a community hospital near Phoenix.

Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license (State or Compact)
- Associate degree in nursing; BSN preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required; ACLS/PALS preferred
Responsibilities
- Assess the patient and plan care within set time-frames, documenting findings per policies.
- Oversee and supervise the shift; delegate tasks and ensure policy compliance and quality care.
- Monitor for changes in condition and respond, including notifying the physician as needed.
- Follow hospital policy for medication administration.
- Demonstrate empathy, dignity, and respect in interactions with patients.
- Deliver quality nursing care aligned with treatment goals and hospital procedures.
