Job summary

Recovery Innovations is seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse in Peoria, AZ, at our Crisis - Recovery Response Center. The role supports an interdisciplinary team under RN supervision, with two 12-hour shifts per month and an hourly wage of $32.00–$34.00.

Requires LPN license and at least 1 year in behavioral health. The position emphasizes patient education, medication monitoring, documentation, and compliance with state regulations, offering meaningful, flexible engagement and opportunities

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited LPN program.
• Current and valid LPN license.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a behavioral health setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest care & advocacy, including education on diabetic care and psychiatric medications and assist with scheduling medical appointments.
• Monitor medications under RN supervision and maintain accurate medication records.
• Coordinate care and discharge planning with the medical team and other staff.
• Complete clinical documentation and ensure compliance with state regulations and policies.
