Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates didactic lectures, workshops, and resident community meetings.
• Recognizes and responds to crises or safety concerns among residents.
• Reads, interprets, and implements treatment plans for residents.
• Coordinates recreational and social activities for residents in the milieu.
• Provides support with warmth, empathy, and genuineness.
• Conducts luggage and room searches as needed for safety.
• Attends treatment team meetings and MDS as requested.
• Maintains accurate and timely charting in the EMR system.
• Assists with resident assignments and duties as directed.
